This cake was inspired by the Fisher Price Laugh n' Learn Kitchen. It was for a 1 year old who loves his kitchen. This is a 4 layer white cake with fresh strawberries in between the layers. Cream cheese frosting was used to cover the entire cake. Fondant was used to cover the entire cake. Everything on the cake is edible.

This cake was inspired by the love for UFC. This is a double layer chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. Fondant was used to cover the entire cake.

Princess Castle Cake

This is a two tiered square cake. The top tier was made out of organic crispy rice cereal and then covered in fondant. The bottom tier was a double layer cake. The bottom layer was gluten-free carrot cake and the top layer was gluten-free red velvet. Cream cheese frosting was in between the layers and covered the entire tier. All of the flowers were made out of fondant/gumpaste.

The Disney Princesses used for the cake were store bought. They are not edible and used for decoration purposes only.

Barbie Convertible Cake

This is a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. The cake was carved into the shape of a car. Fondant was used to cover the entire cake. The flowers and the butterflies are made out of fondant/gumpaste. The Barbie is not edible.

The Little Mermaid Ariel

This is a organic chocolate cake filled with coconut pecan frosting in between the layers. A white buttercream covers the entire cake. The fish, seaweed and shells are all made out of fondant. The mermaid's tail is made out of fondant/gumpaste.

3D Dinosaur Cake (Gluten Free)

This dinosaur cake is gluten free chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. The cake itself is dairy free. Real butter was used in the buttercream frosting.

Tropical Graduation Cake-Cap & Diploma

This entire cake is made out of organic carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. Fresh organic carrots were used in the cake. Fondant (made by scratch) was used for the cap and diploma.

The top graduation cap is made out of carrot cake and cream cheese frosting. The bottom burgundy base is a vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Cream cheese frosting covers the top of the cake. The entire cake is covered in fondant.

This is a two-layer chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing in between the layers. Chocolate frosting and fondant cover the entire cake.

Beach Wedding Cake with Seashells

All three tiers of the cake are chocolate forest with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and milk chocolate shavings in between the layers. The entire cake is covered with chocolate frosting and then fondant. All decorations are hand made. The seashells are made out of white and milk chocolate.

This is a two tier organic tres leches cake with fresh organic strawberries in between the layers. Organic whipped cream is used to cover the entire cake. Fresh organic strawberries are used to decorate the top of the cake.

This is a three tier wedding cake. Each tier is a double layer, organic, lemon cake. Each layer is filled with fresh organic rasberries and organic rasberry preserves. The entire cake is covered with fresh organic whipped cream.

This is a 10" double layer strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries. Cream cheese frosting was used to cover the entire cake. The monster truck is not edible.

Jungle Baby Shower Cake

This is a double layer organic german chocolate cake. Little paw prints were piped on the side of the cake. The little animals and palm trees are not edible.

Alice in Wonderland Cake

This is a yellow cake filled with chocolate frosting in between the layers. Chocolate frosting covers the entire cake and then fondant is used to cover the entire cake to give it a smooth finish. The tea kettle, teacup, saucer, flowers, hearts, mushrooms and cards are all made out of fondant/gumpaste.

This is a vanilla cake filled with bavarian creme filling. It's topped with a buttercream frosting. The entire cake is covered in fondant. The tea kettle, teacup, saucer, flowers, hearts, diamonds and cards are all made out of fondant/gumpaste.

This is a half vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream in between the layers and half chocolate with fresh strawberries and whipped cream in between the layers. Cream cheese frosting covers the entire cake. The rocks on the cake are edible and are made out of marbled fondant.

This is a double layer vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries and bananas. Cream cheese frosting covers the entire cake. The baby and blanket is made out of fondant/gumpaste.

The egg yolk part of the cake is organic carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting. The entire cake is covered with fondant. The yolk was airbrushed using edible food color. The bacon is made of fondant/gumpaste and airbrushed using edible food color.

This is an organic German chocolate cake filled with a coconut pecan frosting. The entire cake is then covered with chocolate frosting. Fondant is used to cover the entire cake and to form the box. The face of the watch is also organic German chocolate cake covered in fondant.

Bottom portion of the cake is carrot cake. Top portion of the cake is vanilla cake. Cream cheese frosting is used for the entire cake and then covered in fondant. All flowers are handmade and handpainted with edible food coloring.

This is a carrot cake covered with cream cheese frosting. The trim around the cake is made out of fondant and hand painted. The San Diego State logo is made out of fondant and hand painted.

This is a German Chocolate Cake. It has a coconut pecan frosting in the middle and the outside is covered in chocolate frosting. Fondant is used to cover then entire cake. Edible food color is airbrushed on the entire cake cake. Spider legs are made of fondant/gumpaste and airbrushed with edible food color.

Elmo's Birthday Surprise Cake 3-D

Elmo's body is made out of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Rice crispies are used for the head, arms, and legs. The present is made out of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.

This was a vanilla cake with fresh strawberries in the middle. Cream cheese frosting covered the entire cake. Fondant was used for the Elmo face and for the trim.
